Revive Autobody Repair Center Disaster

Revive Autobody Repair Center and the insurer that nominated them has been on of the most unpleasant experiences to date. Vehicle went in for mild hail damage repair and head light replacement.

My vehicle is worse off after their repairs than what it went in with. Paint overruns, damaged body work on underside of bonnet, torn bonnet seal just to state a few.

After a complete run around and their parts department ordering the incorrect headlight, delaying the completion date drastically, I removed my vehicle from there premises. Signed that the works were not satisfactory and their workshop manager could only give the generic pathetic excuse of “sorry” and that it was everyone else’s fault and saying my vehicle came in like that. Total and utter horses*#t. Zero accountability from them. Insurer has been notified of these issues however yet to have their feedback to resolve this matter.
