Revival Coatings - Poor workmanship and broken promises

I contacted Revival Coatings as they came highly recommended with their Dulux approved applicator certificate and professional workmanship guarantee. This makes you believe that their price quoted is justified. In March 2022, I was quoted R26 000 to fix a boundary wall and water proof 2 front door pillars. it's a fair price, but by no means cheap. THREE months later the wall started CRACKING where they had just done a "patch up" job. Given the job should still be covered under some workmanship guarantee, I contacted Justin in mid August, and asked him to please come and fix the poor workmanship his team had done. He said he was swamped with work, but asked for 2 weeks grace to catch up his backlog of work. Its been excuse after excuse, and he still hasn't repaired my wall as promised, and he's now saying he actually should've put a disclaimer in his quote for the boundary wall as its a shared wall with my neighbour..... but it's not only the boundary wall that's cracking, its the 2 pillars that have nothing to do with the issues surrounding the boundary wall that are also badly cracked.

There has been no effort at all to rectify the situation from their side. I believe I have been patient and accommodating..... It irks me that I will potentially have to spend my hard earned money to RE-do the work done. Not happy!
