Over prices windcreen

I understand when there was a zero star to give this company, I would not give them however as they deserve a negative remark. They market their service as contradictory to their process and hope people before they make any commitment with them ask for a black and white contract, so you are aware of what misery you are getting yourself into. Their service when they present themselves you only pay R800 excess which will be refunded when the claim from the insurance pay and I asked what is your benefit in assisting me, according to them they assist you to claim from your insurer to create convenience in actual you pay them to use their product. Their windscreen cost double the amount as compared you could have made the claim yourself. I really hope the competition commission catches up to them.
