Revitalyze skin wand a ****

Ordered a device on November. It eventually arrived beginning of December and worked for 1 week after which it never turned on and felt like it was going to explode when plugged in to charge. I have sent numerous emails, DMs, social media posts and website messages with no avail. They have also blocked all comments on their socials. Very very unhappy. Would give 0 stars if I had the option.
