I've made an appointment with Dr. L Strauss on 04/11/22 for 25/01/23. I was so excited about the appointment and to find out what's wrong with me. BUT when I got there this morning for my appointment, I was told that the appointment was moved to the 24/01/23. They DID NOT phone me to tell me that the appointment was moved. Then she told me that they have send me 2 emails, I told her that I didn't get any emails from them. She told me to look in my Spam folder and there they were. I NEVER open my Spam folder. Would it have killed them to pick up the phone and confirm said appointment? Would it have killed them to follow up when they didn't hear anything from me? I stay 2 hours drive away. I made the trip for nothing, just because they were negligent. Pathetic to say the least.
