UNRESPONSIVE

Good day.

I have approached Review King to assist with debt review, however, I did accept their service and instead made direct arrangements with my creditors. It was explained to me by Review King that I will be placed under Debt Review on the 1st payment they will receive which will be for their costs.

No payments were received by Review King.

I wanted to upgrade my cellphone contract with my provider, however, I was advised that I cannot upgrade as I was under debt review. On 11 May 2022 I have liaised with Dolan at Review King advising him of the findings and requested that the debt review be removed from my credit profile. On 23 May 2022 I have again liaised with Dolan at Review King due to no response to my request on 11 May 2022. On 24 May 2022, Dolan responded and advise that Zondi will look into it that day. On 19 July 2022 I have again liaised with Dolan as my bondholder has sent them communication as well with no response..

To date Review King has not reverted back to me.

Please urgently assist.
