No service or help from staff

My mother has signed up with you guys and keeps trying to call and has sent numerous e-mails. No one answers or replys to her e-mails. Review king is supposed to negotiate amounts with there clients and the companies they are owing money to but i doubt you guys do this. One of the companies took R1500 out her account the other day leaving her with no money for the rest of the month. She has also now received a summons from the company. We are going to move to a new debt review company if someone does not get back to us by tomorrow. You guys take everyone's money yet you don't want to help. Pathetic service!
