Debt consolodation

I signed up with Reviewking and they promised me that they will consolodate my debts in to 1 and pay low amount every month but that was not the case as 1 of my debtors being Capitec still debited the money they normally do and Review king on top. when i reverse what they debited they then sent me a threatening email while they did nothing to assist me. they sell people lies and now when i call them instead of resolving the initial problem they instead tell me that it will start as from end of Feb. how do they expect me to trust them while they failed me in the first place? im waiting for them to try debiting my bank account while they failed to resolve the first problem im taking this further.
