debt company review king is questio

In november 2015 company called me after sms sent. App**** with them. All docs incorrect and still incorrect. Creditors still calling and threatening me. Keep calling them as they never respond. Been begging them to assist me as interest in accuring every day and threats as some creditos say there in no form 17.1 and settlement. I paid them r6000 end jan to find out that after I clarrified that this money would go to a small fee for them then the rest to my creditors the story changed and they took all the money for fees. Next 2 months payment as well. This was not advised to me and the authenticity of this company is now in question. I want my r6000 back and I will now have to contact my creditors after paying them a service. Charne advised I would have a refund today and it is not in my account. I am now going to the credit bureau and sending all my papers to cart blanch to investigate. Never spoken to my debt councelour to which is now another person. Service is shocking and will find out and lay a formal complaint with credit bureau. I am demanding my money back today. I cannot believe I have become a victim to this ongoing racket
