Worst service ever

<p>spoke to mrs.pamela and transferred me without telling me where i'm being tranferred to, was highly enraged already by recieving messages that I didnt agree to pay, then The consultant gave attitude and called back to continue arguing about the fact that I dont know ho she is blah blah , highly personal my issue was disregarded and I got no explanation on why Im getting messages that Is either not meant for me or why its mentioning payments i never agreed to. I usually talk to a nice lady Heidi who calmed me in the past, and I found pleasant to talk to... unlike this time </p>
