What is going on in this country???

Be very careful with this company! Obviously they are the consultants choosen to collect outstanding tv licences, they had phoned numerous times we had informed them that the person they where looking was not the owner of the number they had, (we have had the same number for 20 years) research the popi act, as once they have confirmed that you are not the person they are looking for they then request your id number etc. They have NO transparency or accuracy of any information, they attack your integrity by first sending sms's of being handed over to them, meaning that the job of capturing the correct information the first time around, was not done, then they have the cheek to ask for all your personal details.......
