Tv licence unfairness

I have had the worst experience with these annoying *****. My tv licence is fully paid and I don't owe anyone tv license fees. I even have proof that it's paid. However Revco keeps sending me messages saying that I have an outstanding amout of R2795 which I don't. Is this.a way to ****** money from the innocent while the real ********* are out there causing problems. Im so disappointed shem
