The worst

This company is the worst. They kept on sending me messages that my tv license is in arrears whereas I paid my tv license while I was paying for the tv I bought, I paid them on Wednesday but they continuously sending me messages that I’m going to be penalised if the payment is not made as promised. As soon as I got that message I sent them a message on WhatsApp asking them about penalty fee as I paid the amount they asked me to pay, they just opening my messages and not replying! How unprofessional!!! I don’t even know the agents name I was speaking to when I said I was going to make the payment. I literally feel like this company is a **** I don’t even understand why they creating a WhatsApp platform if they know they not going to answer people +***5. As a professional company you always answer people and I’m definitely not going to waste my money on paying these people. This is a ****!
