Standard bank Loan Account.

Good Day.<br> <br> We have an Standard Bank Loan Account witch got handed over to Revco for collection.<br> <br> we made arrangements for payments of R1250 every month. then on the 30/04/2014 and the 01/07/2015 Revco said we did not make any payments to the account and did two Set Offs on Pamela Marx account.<br> <br> Then we send Revco and Standard Bank the Proof of payments for the Payments. they then Paid back the Set offs but never allocated the two payments in Question.<br> <br> we then got told that the money is with FNB, we got all info from FNB showing the two payments was made to Revco but does not reflect on standard bank statement.<br> <br> We don't get any replies back on emails or nothing gets sorted out. we have been fighting this for a year now.<br> <br> and we go back and forward from standard bank to Revco and nothing gets done.<br> <br> with the two payments paid to the account the account will be settled and they will owe us Money.<br> <br> my Fianc? name is put through the mud on ITC all thanks to Standard bank and revco not allocating the payments to the account.<br> <br> we have all the emails and responses going no for a year with nothing sorted and interest added to account.<br> <br> Please HELP<br> <br> Regards
