SABC TV LISENCE

SABC TV LISENCE, I made arrangements to pay end March, before end March they penalized me. I did not pay yet as I do not have money yet. Today I receive a message I am handed over to Revco (their legal department). I am paying my TV License every year, but THIS YEAR when I am a bit late, I get handed over. F@&%n Ridiculous. For what are we paying? Nothing to watch on tv anyways, we do not even watch SABC channels anymore!!!!!!!!!
