Revco with no response, just threatening sms messages.

I keep on phoning Revco, can not speak to anyone, because of high call volumes. There is an option to leave a message, and left several messages, no response from Revco. Sent an email to Revco, no response. Now i get two sms messages daily that i fail to respond to their messages on sms. What a pathetic lot of people at Revco. They only threaten you per sms daily, but seems that Revco does not exist???
