They allege that they charge a R26.50 a month as a penalty at the end of the month. However, I received an e-mail on 8 July 2020 stating my balance owing was R318. Then I receive an e-mail on 13 July 2020 stating my balance owing was R344.50. Totally *********. Which ombud regulates these ******?
