REVCO REVENUE CONSULTING HARRISMINT

After receiving SMS on my phone for a third parties TV License which is apparently in arrears I phone the number that was linked t6o the SMS to inform this company they are contacting the wrong person. I also sent the company an email. I now receive daily SMS's demanding payment. I have tried three avenues to get these SMS's stopped to no avail. If you phone the company you go through a hole 2 minutes of useless information before being told they cannot take your call because they are to busy.
