REVCO / REVENUE CONSULTING

Hi, this is a review regarding my SABC TV License, i recieved messages, calles and emails regarding my outstanding TV License account that they said was R896, from Revco (revenue consulting). Then i started paying the account as per request from Revco with a amount of R100,00 per month. When i finished paying the account, i sent all the proof of payment's to the relevent emails given to me by the people at revco, the person who kept on sending me the emails and messages is JEAN GOLIATH at revco, when trying to contact this person they kept on giving me the run around. Then the messages and emails stopped, so i thought my account was settled and up to date, but no. Today i recieve a message from SABC regarding my account and stating that my outstanding balance is now R1325,00. As to how the monies i paid just vanished i do not no.
