REVCO Pathetic Service

One of the WORST experiences ever!!!!!! Last year they emailed me saying I owe the hospital I was at when I had my baby saying I owe the hospital money and the account has been taken over by them. Mind you = this email came 8 MONTHS LATER after I was in hospital. They told me there was a delay that's why they only got to me months later! If I was advised in a 4-month period, my Gap cover could have settled the bill. Ultimately it took months of back and forth, to get to a point whereby it was finally written off. They also confirmed I would be taken off the system. Now 8MONTHS later AGAIN- they are sending me a message to say I owe them????? You try and call back, it's like they know which numbers I have been calling from and NO ONE ANSWERS! They asked me to send a WhatsApp - which I did and NO ONE RESPONDS!! This is PATHETIC SERVICE! Can someone from Revco JHB branch please call me ASAP so I can get this thing sorted. I WILL NOT BE PUT THROUGH THIS AGAIN!!!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONES OR RESPOND TO THE WATSAPP THAT YOU REQUESTED!!! I'm VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!!!
