Revco is an *********** collection agency.

Following a rough financial time due to me being unemployed when the company suddenly went out of business, my FNB account was handed over to Revco for collection. After a lengthy communication with at least 5 different people at Revco I was offered a discount on the amount owed at the end or March 2020. I sent several e-mails agreeing to pay the amount offered and requesting instructions on how proceed with the transaction. Several more e-mails followed me paying the discounted amount into my FNB account, but there was no further communication from Revco - even though the transaction reflected on my statement.

A year later I started getting calls from MBD regarding the fact that I still owed the discounted balance on the account. Now months further on from the MBD calls I am receiving calls from Blake and Associates regarding the balance. I have contacted FNB and a kind lady there agreed with me that nothing is owing on the account and it should be closed, but she is dealing with a completely different agency to close the account.

All of this because Revco is unable to manage their business properly.
