Revco

I paid my SABC TV licence late by 2 months in September last year, apparently I have 2 accounts instead of 1, one year my wife paid instead of me. Revco have been harassing me with daily SMSs escalating the amount outstanding every month IN SPITE OF ME EMAILING PROOF OF PAYMENT AS WELL AS ID DOC! I am sick of their ineptitude, I have spoken to numerous representatives who promise to get back to me and you can guess ... a frustrating inept company . 7 months later, still no solution! I cannot buy another TV because " my licence is in arrears"
