Revco - Disappointing service

Revco is too quick to often call customers to make the payment. I have a letter from Revco that offered a discount on my payment to First National Bank and it was overpaid. They are now not assisting with reimbursing me approximately R 8 500 that was overpaid

They are coming across as unprofessional. For a small company, i would have thought they would give their customers attention.

I am disappointed in their service
