I have been sent sms's as well as emails regarding an account that needs to be paid . I have made numerous calls and sent emails regarding this account as they are threatening to hand me over . I call them my airtime gets wasted while waiting to be attended to as well as emails that don't get response. I have asked for an invoice on a letterhead due to all the *******ion and ***** that exists today . Then I get an SMS saying that I have ignored the efforts of them trying to call me where there is no effort from there side . I have the emails as well as the whatsapp messages where I have asked to be assisted. I have even gone as far as telling them how *********** they are and still no response. I don't understand what kick they get from running a person's blood pressure up and then just ignoring them . As I told them. No invoice. No payment
