Revco and SABC

My 90 year old mother was sent a sms from this company. It was addressed to her late husband who died in October 2017. I sent the SABC his death certificate and received a confirmation that it was received. Cannot het hold of these people, the number on the sms does'nt exist and the number on their website just rings, no answer. This is shocking surely they have the means to see who has died.
