I keep getting SMS's saying:

You have ignored an instruction to pay R63 456.74 on City Of Matlosana Acc ***. Account has now been handed over to a case manager for collection. Pay now. Contact Revco on *** or Contact us via Whatsapp on ***. Ignore if paid.

I reside in Cape Town. I do not have property on Matlosana nor is this my utility bill. I would like this to be resolved as I think this is a **** or someone is **********ly using my details.
