POPI Act doesn't matter

I have been getting these threatening SMSs from this company regarding not paying a TV license fee. The thing is the information is sent to the wrong person as this account is not mine and even after blocking the SMS it keeps going through. It says a lot about the company not following the POPI Act of sending out clients information to the wrong recipients. There should be actions taken against such.
