Poor Customer Service

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service I received here from this company, I called them first thing in the morning to let them know arrears were settled but still kept me unassisted and told me the wrong piece of information, the WhatsApp line takes forever to respond and often leaves messages read and unanswered
