No service from REVCO to rectify penalties!

I had a faulty penalty from SARS which was rectified and written off by SARS. Have emailed REVCO 3 times with all relevant information. 3 months later I am still getting threatening sms's even of legal action after I did everything from my side to rectify it. Have all the proof of communication. What to do now!?
