No scruples and just pure Harassment

The continuous harassment via sms is beyond belive . When one phones no answer mails get read but no reply . I would like to know if this is a legitimate company . I have investigated a bit into this and I see there are lawyers involved that have ***** cases against them . Can someone assist and let me know if this is a **** as this harassment must stop .
