Mislead by consultant

I was called last year December by one of their Agents to collect some debt i made with fnb and their consultant was very rude but i did make an arrangement to settle the amount and when i ask the agent whether i wud have to pay FNB any amount since i agreed to pay via them (REVCO) the response was no because my account with fnb is now frozen which means the money i will be paying to them will also cover the service fee for my accouno my to my surprise when i was about to finsh paying them i called Revco to remind them that its their last month debiting me i was told my account is no longer with them but handed over again to Fnb after an hour i was called by their Agents again demanding R2000 they say i owe then i spoke to their Supervisor Phillip who promised to look into the matter that was on the 5th of july 2018 i even sent emails no response even spoke to the Administrator Precious Ndlovu and the answer i got from her was maybe the internet was down on the day so they cant find my recording of the call and she promised to call me back till today im getting nothing from them or any of their supervisors.
