Is this some **** company, demanding money from people?

This company keeps sending me mails and SMS about an outstanding Sars account, yet I have never been in arrears with SARS. Is this some type of **** and should I report it to SARS. Revco can't show me a letter or anything from SARS, just has a payment link and no other info.
