Harrasment!!!

My sister has received an SMS saying.." Your TV License account has been handed over to Revco...." It also says she must call this number: *** or Whatsapp them on *** to arrange a suitable repayment arrangement.

I went to check Revco website, it says their busy with upgrades but also their contact numbers aren't the same as those in the SMS.

The problem is that my sister has never owned a TV set nor had she app**** for a TV license. She is terrified!!!
