Of there was less than 1 star I'd give that. They messaged that we had debt at the municipality l. The lady on the phone told us we had to pay them and that we have no way to access the account through ekhuruleni. We thought this was suspicious so went into the municipality and paid all our accounts on full. Since then they have messaged we can get discount if we pay and that we still owe etc they will shut off our water send proof or we will have no services. I have emailed proof multiple times and we are still harassed. I think it's a **** as we have paid and they are very secretive and you can't reach them on WhatsApp etc. Be careful not to trust these people. It is ****
