Constant harrasment

I don't know where to start, my vehicle was taken back by the bank for getting behind on my car payments back in 2015. According to this bank(not the bank issue) this vehicle was actioned off and money collected, all was good. About a year ago, this "Revco" started harrasing me for settlement of the bank fees, threatening emails and SMS' constantly. Then they also try and bribe you, with a 40% discount, then a 60 % discount, then no discount. I am blocking all there numbers on my phone, and will not respond again. Stop bullying people into paying for what they don't owe.
