COMPLETE ***** AND USELESS

My FNB GOLD CHEQUE Account was handed over to them. After making a payment arrangement with them to make monthly payments. by accident someone made a payent into the GOld and they confirm that the account is closed and the money will bounce back into the person account the money came from. also called FNB and they confirmed the same. account is closed. so i waited and waited and someone decided to reopen the account eventhough i had an arrangement in place. the money reflected as soon as they reopen the account and i knew trying to fight the matter was useless. i strictly gave them instruction to close the account and so they confirmed the account will be closed. i noticed that the account wasnt closed and called fnb regarding the matter as they were deducting monthly fees and no one has any idea what i was talking about. contacted Revco again and told them the account is not closed. yet again they say the account is closed. so why the hell is my account in the minus with almost R400 again due to monthly banking fees.
