City of Johannesburg and Revenue Consulting are Insulting

I have received an sms from *** to pay my City of Johannsburg account. I, however, received 1005 rebate as I am a pensioner, yet COJ still sends me invoics every month. I told Revenue Consulting and the COJ to MAKE MY DAY!
