Cases handled inefficiently with no professional courtesy

I have never met inefficient people like Revco staff. You get called by different officials, requesting same information, you pay your account they do not properly and timely close off the account, instead you still get emails, messages and phone calls alleging that you still owe. Absolutely ridiculous and inefficient. At some stage one of Revco agents, when I was arguing my case told me very harshly that If I did not owe they would not have to call me, rightfully so my account was overstated. The hospital that I owe confirmed this in a email, still today I being harassed by Revco.
