Bad service ever

Hi, i hace getting treathing sms's everyday about tv license fees demanding payments ,demading attention , 2 years ago settled the account advise that i have no tv as i am unemployed they still billed me now expecting payments called them numerous times on the number provided no answers this is the worst service ever ......i will not pay fir something i an not using ...
