Bad Service

I had been owing an overdraft at FNB and the matter was taken up with REVCO which constantly called me as a reminder to pay. I did honor my promise by paying in full, however, they never respond to the numerous emails I sent through with proof of payment as I now require them to send me a letter confirming that I settled the debt.<br> <br> I find this to be very disturbing and inconsiderate of them not to reply to any of my emails.
