Poor product and aftersales service

Paint had a 10year guarantee, peeled after less than 2years. Called and paid for an inspection in order to claim against the guarantee. It has been 2 months since and nobody has come out. Numerous emails following up and then I'm told to contact the outsourced party directly for making appointments, making it the customers problem!? Waste of R20 000, highly regret using them.
