BAD WORK

In September 2014 the homeowner that we rent our house from got Revamp it in Brakpan to come and fix our roof. In September 2015 we noticed that the paint is peeling off the roof and where they fixed the roof everything is coming loose. I e-mailed re-vamp it the pictures and everything, after I had to contact SAPMA, they came back to me and said that someone else worked on the roof and that we had a bullet hole in my roof.<br> <br> <br> After a few e-mails Mr Potgieter did not want to deal with me anymore because I am not the owner.<br> I feel liable for the condition of the house the owner is in Australia he cannot see what is going on there that is why I tried to sort this out from my side.<br> <br> The paint is peeling off all over they need to come and fix their work the owner also had to pay an 'inspection' fee. They never even came to inspect their work. I also requested photo's from them that they took when they finished the work which they could not supply.<br> <br>
