Bad service

We got a sales rep from Revamp-it in August last year to give us a quote to waterproof and paint the roof as we had 2 leaks on the roof. He gave us the quote and we paid deposit, and painted in September. We mailed them after the first rain we had and the roof was still leaking on 1 spot, the told us that we didn't pay for waterproofing, but specifically showed the rep where it was leaking and he said the paint has a sealer in it that will seal the leaks now they tell us we didn't pay for it. The bargeboards' paint started chipping off and now they are telling us it is hail damage, but it is not the paint makes air bubbles when it gets wet and starts to chip off. They now tell us there is no guarantee on the paint on the bargeboards and gutters
