Revac will make you pay for unnecessary repairs

We asked Revac to come service our four aircons in our house. I also asked them to check the Aircon in the main room as it was not working. After charging me they said there was nothing wrong two weeks later Aircon stopped working again. It took them months to come and many call outs for them to figure out the compressor was broken, but they still charged us even though they did not have the correct tools too check the compressor. Before they tested the compressor they said that we would have to order and pay for a new motherboard for the daikin Aircon. This costed R5000. Only for the Aircon to not work and then to tell me it's the compressor that needs to be replaced at R7000. They recommended that we put a new Aircon in but wanted to charge us more than R4000 more than what Hirches costed with installation. They said there was nothing they could do about the price and that they had already discounted however, I find that hard to believe as they were way above standard price: which only means that they were trying to swindle us out if more money. We are still sitting with no Aircon. I would never recommend anyone using these suppliers as they are dishonest and *******
