Pathetic assistance in releasing desperate widow`s money
Our office has been in correspondence with Shirley Addison since 10 September without any confirmation on the figures required. We then tried Gwen, who is PA to CEO and no response again. I then emailed the CEO himself today and guess what? NO RESPONSE. We are representing a widow who urgently needs her money and this is the treatment from Reunert? I find this pathetic! Hopefully this article would get someone to assist us.
