i need to terminate retro legal secure 24

I AM SO STRESSED because of the above attorneys. i have taken policy(if i may call it ) I AM PAYING an amoount of R85.50 per month but to my suprise in 2014 i went there to ask for help in terms of my late husbands estate but they couldnt help. then i have to go and pay another attorneys while i am still paying this 85. but now what is so bad is they are debiting whenever they wish to debit. my date of debit is the 15th of each month but recently i have noticed that they are debiting twice in a month on the 15th and at the end of the month or as soon as they see that there is money in my account.

I went to the branch that is here in Cape Town, to cancel they told me that i cant cancel there i must go to the offices that are at Parow, this is too far from me and i am working from Monday to Friday so i wont get time to go there . i am so frustrated because they are debiting even if there is no money then i will need to be charged an amount of 99 by the bank for insufficient funds.

Please interven on this matter as i wont get a chance to visit their offices and even if i go to this one nearer to me sometimes you wait for more than an hour for someone that is on lunch.

I am not happy at all with their service. i need to terminate it
