Very bad after sales servive.

Retro Kitchen Designers, used to operate from Rustenburg and then was called Rustenburg Retro Kitchen Designers. Sine the have relocated to Pretoria and therefor the name change.

They have re-designed and build my entire kitchen. The cost in doing so was way in accsess of R100 000.

Since completion date I have had problems with a couple of the drawer not closing properly. They have been back twice to address the problem, but without success in solving the problem.

I have in in constant contact with the owners sister that was his rep. at the time. I do believe she has left the company. But while she was still working for him I just got promises that they will attend to the problem.

I have recently located a new number where to contact the company. My first call and Whats app was answered and now I am back at the same situation. Not answering my calls neither opening to read my Whats app messages.

All I would like is for them to honor their promise and guarantee that they will fix any problem that I might have with the workmanship and equipment.

Pretty sad to go to this legnth to get companies to honor their obligations.
