Promises promises.... but no delivery!

I contacted Retro Kitchen Designs to do repairs on my kitchen which they installed years ago. They provided me with a quote and due to the fact that the repairs was below R 10 000, they requiered the full sum to be paid. I paid them on the 31 July 2017. Since then I have been phoning them every week and each week they promise to come and do the repairs. Not once did they phone to inform me that they cannot honour their commitment. I have now requested twice for them to refund my monies, but to no avail. They simply cannot be trusted!
