Retro Arcade Play is terrible with their customer service yet they have reviews on their website saying how good they are with their service delivery. I literally paid money purchasing a Pandora Box Console they confirmed it takes 3-5 working days which has come and gone still no delivery from them. They active on Facebook with a link which sends people to go buy immediately so just confirming for everyone about to buy on their website it’s a massive **** haven’t heard from them ever since I emailed and call them no response.
