unauthorised debit orders
Two amounts of R89.00 went off my bank account in May and June as well as R128.00 in June, I phoned the bank and I was told Paytoza is debiting my account. I phoned them and I was given new telephone numbers***) to call and I spoke to a lady by the name of Savana (not sure if it is correct because I could hardly hear her) whom I had to ask to repeat things 3 times because I couldn't hear her. I asked her to send me a letter via email stating that they sent unauthorised debit orders to my bank. I have a loan that was declined because of the disputes on my bank account. <br> Paytoza needs to take responsibility as it is their name that appears at the bank. You guys are ruining our credit profiles.
